These terms govern use of the VDC Estimates QuickBooks Online integration with the VDC Plumbing Estimator desktop application.

Authorized use

The integration is intended for authorized users of VDC Plumbing Estimator who also have permission to access the QuickBooks Online company they connect.

User responsibility

Users are responsible for reviewing estimating information before sending it to QuickBooks Online and for confirming that customers, service items, amounts, taxes, terms, and other accounting information are correct.

No accounting or tax advice

VDC Estimates is an estimating and data-transfer tool. It does not provide accounting, legal, tax, or financial advice.

Availability

The QuickBooks integration depends on services provided by Intuit and internet connectivity. Access may be interrupted by service availability, authorization changes, API changes, or maintenance.

Use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to the applicable Intuit terms and policies. VDC Estimates is not affiliated with or endorsed by Intuit Inc.
